Jamie Young is a business strategist and marketing expert who helps doulas build sustainable, thriving practices. With 5+ years of experience in CPG startup marketing and firsthand knowledge from running her own doula business, Jamie teaches practical, actionable strategies to help birth workers navigate the sometimes dizzying essentials of social media, client acquisition, financial management, and taxes.

Jamie joins Life Cycles as a Business Development Lead, offering specialized training sessions as part of the organization’s comprehensive doula education. Her goal is to empower birth professionals with the knowledge they need to build successful careers, without burnout, confusion, or financial stress.

When she’s not working with clients or at a training, Jamie is traveling and salsa dancing in South America, cheering on the Bills with friends and family, hiking, working out at F45, or singing karaoke at a dive bar. At home, she enjoys unwinding with her cat, Tofu.
