Casey Gillen-Young

Casey is dedicated to providing resources and support for her community as a Full- Spectrum Reproductive Doula. She is honored to be able to be a part of every step of the reproductive journey for her clients. She believes in the power of knowledge—whether it’s about reproductive health or personal empowerment—and is committed to helping others navigate life’s big transitions, judgment-free.

Casey, who has called Buffalo home since 2014, moved to WNY for college as a first generation student and quickly found not only a sense of community but also her incredible spouse and chosen family. Casey’s journey to becoming a doula has been one of personal growth, resilience, and a deep commitment to advocating and supporting others. The families that she serves are her rainbow and she treats them with the love and compassion that comes with that.

Casey specializes in a trauma- informed family approach, she has trained extensively in both traditional and non-traditional family environments. Casey is certified for both Birth and Postpartum support through Life-Cycle doula training program as well as being a Placenta Encapsulation Specialist her goal is to be a prepared one-stop shop for the people she supports and is dedicated to continued education. She is committed to serving families and holding space for the families she works with while also supporting doulas as facilitator of our bi-monthly Collective doula meetings.
